Each custom-made tour is individually planned according to the guest’s request.

Participation Requirements

  1. Dietary Restrictions
    ・We regret that we are unable to accommodate food allergies, religious dietary requirements, vegan menus, or any other individualized dietary requests.
    ・Guests with such dietary restrictions are kindly asked to refrain from joining this tour.

  2. Health & Mobility
    ・This experience includes walking, stairs, and visits to working environments.
    ・Participants must be able to move independently and safely.

  3. Age Requirement
    ・This tour is recommended for guests aged XX and above.
    ・Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  4. Attire
    ・As we enter markets, kitchens, and craft studios, we kindly ask that you wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.

  5. Respect & Conduct
    ・Some areas prohibit photography. Please follow all guidance provided by our staff and artisans.
    ・Guests whose behavior may disturb the experience for others may be asked to leave the tour.

  6. Language
    ・The tour is conducted in English only.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the tour.
